The VHMRs

These robots were preferred to to mass produced by Wily with the military due to the recent conflicts between the military and bounty hunters. So Wily and the military worked together in order to manufacture the Versatile Hive-mind Military Robot, a robot in which they are mostly in massive groups in order to find Raid easier. Their designs may be simple, but like in their names they are versatile.

These robots can adapt to any type of weather conditions, so that means they can patrol all around the world without any problems. They also have an energy shield that block and deflect anything. Underneath their feet they have thrusters in order to get to high places and anchors to hold their ground, strong enough to withstand F-2 Tornadoes (113-157 mph). During Sniper Mode, their buster shots decrease in size but significantly increase damage output, in order to pick off targets in super small gaps. And the Rat Drones come from their feet in order to spy on people for information and fit through almost any space.

The officers are mainly the ones giving commands to the regular VHMRs. But there is a secret source giving commands almost everywhere. The reason why they're called "brute bots" is because they are really rough with anyone in their path and wouldn't stop until they finish their goal.
